This project idea is mainly focused on boosting the location of the properties, since they present unbeatable orientation and views. Thanks to their orientation, we can take advantage of all the passive elements that their architecture offers in order to achieve an efficient property, with no need to consume energy in a continuous way. Thus, we will use cross ventilation in all the rooms, plenty of natural light, total skin insulation and structural systems… The housing is made with compact volume, so a better efficiency is provided by this shape since the loss of energy through the façades will no longer be a problem. The property is located in the plot in a way that provides several spaces with different uses. Hence, each and every one of these façades is in perfect consonance with its use.
